As you are aware we are all once again facing a major crisis now in the form of the 3rd wave of the C19 pandemic which has resulted from the OMICRON variant, the leadership team of RLaCM has decided to reschedule the workshop to a later date, in the end, February or March time frame. The revised date on finalization shall be intimated to you well in advance once clarity and some semblance of control are achieved on this situation. The COVID19 Pandemic
The COVID19 pandemic has altered the functioning of businesses, the healthcare sector, education, government, public services, and financial institutions, in ways nobody had anticipated or reckoned with previously. This pandemic, and other uncertainties that lie ahead, require a reset in our ways of thinking, leading, and managing. A fresh mindset for leading and strategizing is required, with a different set of capabilities, methods, technologies, as well as internal mastery.
